  • I’m licensed to provide therapy to clients in New York State.

    If you’re interested in non-therapy services, including consulting, trainings, or coaching, I can work with you wherever you are.

  • Yes, all therapy sessions are currently facilitated via a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

  • Yes I do! Please reach out and I will share my upcoming availability.

  • I typically offer 45-minute sessions for both individual and relationship therapy. I’m always open to discussing and considering an adjustment if this frame doesn’t suit you.

    Rates are determined based on the 45-minute frame and would be adjusted accordingly if the session length is extended.

  • I meet with clients on a weekly basis.

    If weekly truly isn’t possible, I’m happy to discuss meeting biweekly. That being said, I prefer to start weekly and to discuss a timeline for transitioning to biweekly. This helps to establish the therapeutic relationship, to get to know each other, and to build the safety required to support meaningful work.

  • I typically see clients Monday through Thursday, between 10am and 5pm.

  • Unfortunately, I’m not able to accept insurance at this time.

    I do, however, provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. If you haven't already, I'd recommend calling your insurance to see if you have out-of-network benefits.

  • Yes, I’m happy to be able to offer sliding scale for therapy sessions. Please reach out if you’re like to inquire further.

    I share a needs assessment as a starting point and discuss accessibility and availability from there.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 business hours notice will be charged the full session fee.

    I do my best to accommodate requests to reschedule but I won’t always be able to offer alternatives. If you request to reschedule within 24 business hours of your original appointment and we’re not able find a new time, then you’re responsible for the full session fee.

    I’ll wait up to 10 minutes after the scheduled start time for you to arrive for the session. If you have not shown up or contacted me by that time, I will consider it a no-show and charge the full session fee.
